IT Support for Trades & Construction
When you're on site all day, your phone, tablet and van are your office. Builders, electricians, plumbers and other trades depend on email, job apps and accounts software working wherever they are, and they're a favourite target for invoice scams. We keep your technology simple, secure and working, so you can get on with the job.
Your Office in Your Pocket
We set up phones, tablets and laptops so email, calendars, job sheets, photos and quotes are available on site and back at the office, and backed up automatically if a phone is lost or broken.
Whether you're a sole trader or have teams in several vans, we make sure everyone has the right access, and that it stops the moment someone leaves.
Stopping Invoice Scams
Trades businesses send and receive a lot of invoices, which makes them a target for criminals who take over email accounts and ask customers to pay into a new bank account. We secure your email with two-step sign-in and filtering, and show your team how to spot the warning signs.
Getting Ready for Making Tax Digital
Making Tax Digital for Income Tax started in April 2026 for sole traders and landlords with income over £50,000, and it extends to those over £30,000 from April 2027. You need compatible software and records kept digitally.
We work alongside your accountant to get the right software set up on your devices, and make sure your records are secure and backed up.

Frequently Asked Questions
I'm a sole trader. Is managed IT support worth it?
For many sole traders, the biggest risks are a lost phone, a hacked email account or a missed invoice. We can put the basics in place so those don’t become disasters, and talk through whether ongoing support makes sense for you.
What do I need for Making Tax Digital?
You need to keep digital records and send quarterly updates to HMRC using compatible software. Your accountant will advise on the right software; we can set it up on your devices and keep your records secure and backed up.
Can you help if my email has been hacked?
Yes, call us straight away. We'll lock the account down, check what's been sent, warn the right people and put protections in place so it doesn't happen again.
How quickly do you respond to support requests?
Every support request is triaged the moment it arrives and routed to the right person, so you're dealing with someone who can actually fix it. We respond within the hour, and in practice it's usually within seconds.
How quickly will you reply to a new enquiry?
If you're thinking about working with us, we'll reply within one working day, though during office hours it's usually within a few minutes.
Do you offer support outside office hours?
Our main support runs during office hours, and we also look after clients who need out-of-hours cover. Our security monitoring never sleeps: it watches your systems around the clock, every day of the year.
Will I be tied into a long contract?
No. We're confident you'll see the value of what we do, so there's no lock-in during your first year. Once we've got your systems up and running and secure, usually within 30 days, you're free to leave if we're not the right fit. After your first year we usually move onto a 12-month agreement.
Do you offer pay-as-you-go support?
We don't offer pay-as-you-go support, because keeping your IT reliable means looking after it properly every month rather than only when something breaks. If you'd like to see how we work first, many clients start with a one-off project.
Do you come on-site?
Yes. Most issues are fixed remotely within minutes, but we also visit in person. We aim to see every client on-site at least once a month, and in reality it's often a lot more. With offices in Burgess Hill, Hailsham and East Grinstead, we can reach most of Sussex quickly.
What happens in the free IT audit?
We spend around half a day collecting information about your devices, network, accounts, security and suppliers. You then get a red, amber and green (RAG) report that shows your IT at a glance, along with a clear plan for getting every red and amber area into the green. We call it Get It Green.
